Please join us August 3, 2019 for a session of CrossFit, Yoga and Mimosas. Workout starts at 8:00am and will consist of a CrossFit team workout followed by a recovery yoga session.
No CrossFit or yoga experience required to participate. Entrance is free, we encourage you to invite your friends and enjoy mimosas and snacks after.
Please arrive early enought to warm up and fill out paperwork.
Madison Dixon is a 200HR Certified Yoga Teacher. She teaches creative, vinyasa based flow classes. Madi loves to do something different and exciting every time she steps on her mat. She considers her yoga practice a moving meditation and ultimately a way to connect back to her self through breath and movement. Through teaching, she hopes to create a space for people to move, sweat, breathe, and tune in to the world inside of them.
